Product Description
The stainless steel version of our 15KG Women’s Bella Bar upgrades the tensile strength of the shaft to 200,000 PSI while delivering the best oxidation resistance of any barbell in the Rogue arsenal. Many athletes favor stainless steel for getting the best “true” feel of the knurl, as it was intended.
CRAFTED FOR EXCELLENCE IN COLUMBUS, OH
Each Stainless Steel Bella Bar is fully machined and assembled in Columbus, Ohio, and includes dual knurl marks (no center knurl), bronze bushings, standard Bella Bar end caps and optional chrome or stainless steel sleeves.
ENHANCED FEATURES
Best In Class Durability: Engineered to withstand the increased demands that functional movements and Olympic lifts place on barbells today through overhead drops. Read more here.
2X Quieter Performance: Refined with even stricter tolerances, precision-machined bronze bushings fit tighter around the shaft, and improved internal sleeve tolerances dampen sound and eliminate unwanted movement, ensuring a smoother and more stable lift.
UNMATCHED REPUTATION
For over a decade, the Rogue 15KG Bella Bar has set the industry standard as the ultimate women’s general purpose barbell. With the stainless steel version, we've elevated our women’s flagship barbell to new heights, delivering our most dynamic and precision machined Bella Bar to date. The Bella Bar isn't just a symbol of the Rogue brand; it reflects our workplace, identity, and the pride we take in making top-quality weightlifting barbells.
Note on Stainless Steel: Barbells made from raw steel are not plated and therefore marks from the machining process may be visible. Stainless steel shafts will show CNC processing marks. These are cosmetic and will not impact the barbell's performance

Best In Class Durability
With a F-Scale rating of F8-R, the Bella Bar is among the most durable barbells in its class. By optimizing materials and manufacturing techniques, the Bella Bar has been engineered to withstand the increased demands that CrossFit, Olympic lifting and functional fitness place on barbells today. Low Profile SLeeve Design
Our new low-profile sleeve design makes loading and unloading plates easier than ever. The precision-machined sleeve is given a chrome finish adding both oxidation resistance and a more classic look to this state-of-the-art barbell.
2X QUIETER PERFORMANCE
Using precision machining, we are able to tighten the fit of the sleeve on the shaft which means a smoother spin, a more connected feeling while lifting and significant noise reduction.
How It's Made
FRICTION WELDING
The collars of the sleeves are friction welded, creating the strongest sleeves in the industry. This bond is as strong as if machined from a single piece of steel, while saving on waste and cost.
Rogue Work Hardening
Our patented, proprietary process more than doubles the durability and lifespan of the barbell shaft compared to our competitors.
Chrome Sleeve Coating Option
Our chrome plated sleeve finish is performed in a facility that also plates parts for military aircraft where durability is critical.
State-of-the-art Gauging
We use gauging normally employed in the aerospace industry to ensure that every bar that makes it to a customer is exactly as designed.
Barbell Durability
RUST RESISTANCE
The resistance of a barbell to oxidation depends on the type of steel and the coating. Barbells at the lower end of the spectrum will require more care and maintenance to preserve their appearance than barbells at the upper end of the spectrum.
BARBELL DURABILITY
The F Scale™ is a durability scale for barbells based on functional testing at stresses similar to what barbells experience when being dropped from overhead. Bars that have been treated with Rogue Work Hardening (RWH™) are designated by having an R in their F Rating™. For more information on F Scale™ click here.
F SCALE™ APPLICATION
How a barbell is used will affect its durable lifespan and it's a key factor in determining what type of F Rating™ might be suitable for your gym's needs. This graph correlates the F Rating™ of a barbell with different types of usage in order to predict the durable lifespan. Using this data, we are able to make recommendations on what F Rating™ is appropriate for different training situations. With a rating of F8-R, the Bella Bar is rated to last 16 years in a high volume CrossFit gym and will outlast a lifetime of lifting in an Olympic Weightlifting gym, a home gym or a Powerlifting gym.

MULTI-PURPOSE BARBELL
Designed to work well for both Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting and everything in between.
F-RATING
Our barbells are tested by a third-party to determine their F-Rating, or fatigue resistance, which is a measured representation of the durability of the barbell.
BARBELL BUSHINGS
Precision bronze bushings provide reliable fast spin while being exceptionally durable when subjected to impact from being dropped.
WHAT IS ROGUE WORK HARDENING?
Rogue Work Hardening (RWH) is our patented process for treating the shafts of our barbells to improve their durability.
BARBELL WEIGHT
15KG is the standard for most Women's Olympic Weightlifting and Women's CrossFit competitions.
BARBELL WHIP
The amount of springback provided by the bar that can be used by the lifter to increase the weight they can lift in dynamic movements.
BARBELL DIAMETER
The 25mm diameter is the standard for most Women's Olympic Weightlifting and Women's CrossFit competitions.
MADE IN THE U.S.A.
Made from US steel, the Rogue Bella Bar is machined and assembled at the Rogue factory in Columbus, OH.
TENSILE STRENGTH
Expressed in PSI, tensile strength measures the maximum weight a barbell can support before deforming. The 200K tensile strength falls within the optimal range of not bending under normal use, yet not been inflated to the point that it will shorten the life of the bar.
BARBELL KNURLING EXPLAINED
Our signature knurl, designed for multi-purpose use, provides a firm grip without being abrasive. This falls in the middle of the road on the knurl scale, striking a balance without being overly aggressive or passive.

Key Features of the Bella Bar 2.0 - Stainless Steel:
Upgraded Strength
The shaft of the Stainless Steel Bella Bar has a tensile strength of 200,000 PSI (higher than the black zinc and Cerakote models) and the best corrosion resistance of any barbell we offer.
“True” Feel of Stainless Steel
With no plating, the knurl on the Stainless Steel Bella Bar is left exactly how we machined it, providing a great feel that cannot be achieved with other finishes. It’s similar to the knurl feel from a bare steel shaft, but with better corrosion resistance.
Please Note: Rogue recommends using a synthetic bristle brush, NOT a steel brush, to clean a stainless steel shaft. Steel on steel can cause rusting over time. See more tips here: Bar Care and Maintenance.
Rogue Machining and Assembly
Built to International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) standards for women’s competition barbells, the 15KG Bella Bar offers a slightly condensed size from standard men’s bars without sacrificing any of the performance elements. Every bar shaft is machined in Columbus, Ohio, with carefully refined knurling for a firm but non-abrasive grip. The snap ring design and quality bronze bushings create less axial and radial float of the sleeves (i.e. enhanced stability), significant noise reduction, and a more solid feel throughout the lift.
