Rogue Metal Pulling Blocks

Rogue’s Metal Pulling Blocks feature the same quarter-inch steel plating and 2x3” 11-gauge steel cross-bracing as our larger Metal Jerk Blocks—meaning they won’t break down and won’t require replacements like most DIY wooden pulling boxes. For height adjustments, you can easily reposition the Metal Blocks at 2" increments (12", 14", 16" and 18" for the Medium Blocks) without the need of any tedious stacking or unstacking.

This medium version of the Metal Pulling Blocks have a sizeable 31.5" x 24" top surface with a pre-installed 0.375" thick rubber pad to reduce the bounce and the noise of your dropped plates. If the plates start to roll, a 1" tall bent lip around the block’s perimeter keeps them in place.

Rogue Metal Pulling Blocks are great tools for practicing and perfecting your form at varying heights—be it partial deadlifts, Olympic cleans and snatches, or even the floor press. Choose your block pair, or pairs, from the form on the right.

So Heavy
These things are ridiculous. I do double-bar box pulls and these things will hold 2 fully Loaded bars on them with enough room for you to stand in between to lift. I’m 6’7” and mostly leg (36” inseam) highest setting was too high to for the weight to break off the platform, the next down was just above my knee and was perfect. Unfortunately my wife cannot move them and definitely can not adjust them for step ups. If it’s for a home gym you will need to be strong if you’re going to adjust the height by yourself and probably not something you’ll want to do multiple times a session. I’m going to use some felt furniture feet pads (as seen on tv!) under the legs to see if that won’t let her slide one of them around. Easily holds 1200lbs (across 2 bars) and based on construction level I could probably put my car on them to do an oil change.
Yes, I recommend this product

Heavy duty
These are much heavier and solid than I expected. That's good because they're going to stand up to all the abuse anyone could throw at them, but the tradeoff is that adjusting the height is a bit cumbersome just because the blocks are so heavy. I bought a set of these so my members would have an alternative to rack pulls (which can ruin barbells), and these are great.

Rock Solid
I ordered a set of the medium Pulling Blocks last week. I have to say that these things are rock solid. I'm 5'9 and with the blocks on the lowest setting, the bar comes up just above my knee level. I know the price may seem a bit much for a set of pulling blocks, but knowing that i will never have to build another set in my lifetime is pretty awesome. Worth the money. I plan on getting the short pulling blocks later down the line to work on my below the knee pulls, but these blocks are going to keep me busy for awhile.
