Rogue C-63 Stainless
Rogue C-63 Stainless
Product Description
The Rogue C-63 Bar is a women’s specialty barbell adapted from a similar short-sleeve model in the the men’s Rogue C-70 Bar. This is not a rackable bar, but its compact sleeve design (8.875” vs. the 13” of loadable length on a standard Rogue Bella Bar) makes it well suited for a garage gym with limited space or a larger facility with multiple athletes training in close quarters. For our premier, rackable women’s short bar, see the Rogue C-68S Bar.
EFFICIENCY MEETS FUNCTIONALITY
The compact design doesn’t equate to lifting light weight. With a loadable sleeve length of almost 9" this bar has the capacity for (3) 45lb competition style bumpers or (5) standard iron plates on each end, while still leaving ample room for collars. While the 43” spacing between the sleeves doesn’t allow this bar to be racked on traditional power racks or squat stands, you can use this on squat stands with independent bases, like our S-4 Squat Stand. This barbell allows for a wide range of strength movements all within limited space constraints.
CRAFTED FOR VERSATILITY
Every C-63 Bar is specially machined and assembled in Columbus, OH using US steel that has been proven optimal for both Olympic lifting and Powerlifting. The 200,000 PSI tensile strength stainless steel shaft features dual knurl marks for Olympic Weightlifting (IWF) and Powerlifting (IPF), and our signature Bella knurling pattern that is carefully refined for a solid yet non-abrasive grip suitable for multi-purpose strength training.
UNMATCHED REPUTATION
For over a decade, Rogue has set the industry standard as making the best and most durable barbells. With the Rogue C-63 edition, we've taken our flagship barbell to new heights, delivering one of our most versatile bars to date. This bar represents more than just the Rogue brand. Its name is a testament to where we work, who we are, and the pride we feel in continuing to make the best weightlifting bars in the market.

How It's Made
Rogue Work Hardening
Our patented, proprietary process more than doubles the durability and lifespan of the barbell shaft compared to our competitors.
State-of-the-art Gauging
We use gauging normally employed in the aerospace industry to ensure that every bar that makes it to a customer is exactly as designed.
Barbell Durability
RUST RESISTANCE
The resistance of a barbell to oxidation depends on the type of steel and the coating. Barbells at the lower end of the spectrum will require more care and maintenance to preserve their appearance than barbells at the upper end of the spectrum.
BARBELL DURABILITY
The F Scale™ is a durability scale for barbells based on functional testing at stresses similar to what barbells experience when being dropped from overhead. Bars that have been treated with Rogue Work Hardening (RWH™) are designated by having an R in their F Rating™. For more information on F Scale™ click here.
F SCALE™ APPLICATION
How a barbell is used will affect its durable lifespan and it's a key factor in determining what type of F Rating™ might be suitable for your gym's needs. This graph correlates the F Rating™ of a barbell with different types of usage in order to predict the durable lifespan. Using this data, we are able to make recommendations on what F Rating™ is appropriate for different training situations. With a rating of F12-R, the Rogue C-63 Bar is rated to outlast a lifetime of lifting (50+ years) in a facility or home gym.

MULTI-PURPOSE BARBELL
Multi-Purpose Barbell: Designed to work well for both Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting and everything in between.
F-RATING
Our barbells are tested by a third-party to determine their F-Rating, or fatigue resistance, which is a measured representation of the durability of the barbell.
BARBELL BUSHINGS
Durable composite bushings provide reliable spin while being exceptionally durable when subjected to impact from being dropped
WHAT IS ROGUE WORK HARDENING?
Rogue Work Hardening (RWH) is our patented process for treating the shafts of our barbells to improve their durability.
BARBELL WEIGHT
A 25LB version of our Bella Bar to save on space without compromise.
BARBELL WHIP
The amount of springback provided by the bar that can be used by the lifter to increase the weight they can lift in dynamic movements.
BARBELL DIAMETER
The 25mm diameter is the standard for most Women's Olympic Weightlifting and Women's CrossFit competitions.
MADE IN THE U.S.A.
Made from US steel, the Rogue C-63 Bar is machined and assembled at the Rogue factory in Columbus, OH.
TENSILE STRENGTH
Expressed in PSI, tensile strength measures the maximum weight a barbell can support before deforming. The 200K tensile strength falls within the optimal range of not bending under normal use, yet not been inflated to the point that it will shorten the life of the bar.
BARBELL KNURLING EXPLAINED
Our signature knurl, designed for multi-purpose use, provides a firm grip without being abrasive. This falls in the middle of the road on the knurl scale, striking a balance without being overly aggressive or passive.

Key Features of the C-63 Bar
Space Saving Efficiency
The advantages of a short bar go well beyond competition lanes. The C-63 Bar’s compact 63.125” length can be beneficial in everyday training, as well. In large gyms, the design allows more athletes to train simultaneously, and in a cramped garage gym, the shorter sleeves (8.875” loadable length vs the 13” of a full-length Bella Bar) enable more freedom of movement and easier storage between workouts. Bear in mind that the reduced space between the sleeves, 43.25”, means that the C-63 is NOT rackable.
F-12R DURABILITY RATING
Like the full-length Women’s Bella Bar, the C-63 is manufactured in the USA and equipped with dual knurl marks, quality bronze bushings, and a friction-welded one-piece sleeve design. The 25mm, 200,000 PSI tensile strength steel shaft is treated with our exclusive Rogue Work Hardening (RWH™) process for superior fatigue resistance. With its short sleeves, there is also significantly less stress put on the shaft on each drop. As a result, the C-63 scores a rating of F-12R in F-Scale durability testing, one of the highest marks of any barbell we’ve tested.
Quality Rogue Construction
The Stainless C-63 Bar is manufactured in the USA from 200K tensile strength steel. Each bar weighs 25 LBS unloaded and measures 25mm in diameter, with dual knurl marks for Olympic and powerlifting (no center knurl). The stainless steel shaft offers superior oxidation resistance over time and gives the truest feel for the knurl. For the sleeve finish, we’re using our new proprietary matte black finishing process, which effectively transforms the surface of the steel rather than coating it, greatly increasing the sleeves’ long-term corrosion resistance and color endurance. Aided additionally by its shorter sleeves, the bar scores an F12-R on the F-Scale durability chart.
