I purchased the RML-390F with the straps and sandwich J-cups, the stabilizer, plate storages, and vertical barbell storage. There were a lot of positive YouTube videos. I use the power rack to do: - low bar back squat - pull-ups - press - ring dips - deadlift I uninstalled the plate storage and stabilizer because I like to put the straps at different heights for press, squat, and deadlift. Very high quality. I highly recommend it. It is what it is: a very sturdy, robust power rack in which you can squat with total safety.

Purchased power rack, bar, adjustable bench, dip bar, and some plates about 2 months ago. Took several weeks for everything to arrive to my doorstep in Toronto, Canada. Was apprehensive about building myself but only took several hours to put everything together. Rack looks wicked, is very sturdy, would be nice to bolt down one day to prevent slight shakiness when doing dips. Overall extremely happy with the RML-390F and Rogue.

I bought the cage about 9 months ago and absolutely love it! I spent weeks going back and forth feeling like it may be overkill but have no regrets. It’s so solid and sturdy and I love how customizable it is. I bought the safety straps to minimize noise as I live on the top floor of an apartment complex and they are a thing of beauty! I can toss weight around without making much sound at all. If you want something built to last and know you’ll use it, get it! It’s well worth the $.

I was debating between this and the wall mounted version for my garage gym and I am extremely certain I made the right choice. It was honestly easy to set up (make sure you have 15/16 wrench or ratchet) and only needed another person to help stabilize while connecting the top crossbars. It’s such an incredible quality and the perfect size for a garage.

It took me a few years of going back and forth on what cage I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. However, I am glad I waited and spent a little more to get the right thing and the safe thing. This cage is very well built, sturdy, and safe all around. I wanted to get a few workouts in before reviewing and I am glad I did. The Pin pipe safeties are a life saver when it comes to working out alone, I hit muscle failure one an exercise and was able to safely lower the weight onto the safeties and reset. However, the pin pipe safeties do have a down side when it comes to changing workouts and trying to figure out if they are at the proper height and making sure the holes line up - not to worry though I will be eventually upgrading the the monster lite straps to make it easier. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this cage, my only recommendation would be making the instructions more clear. I have seen in other reviews that the instructions were easy to follow. I purchased this cage as the complete set and not as a conversion, and there were no instructions on how to properly put together the cage. The only instructions were for putting together the squat stands. I had to look online at the pictures to see how it went together, but that took a while also because I did not see that the triangle plates had to be moved inward - lost time building as I had to redo this part. Other than the instructions being off, building this cage was seem-less, but I would recommend having a second person help if you are not confident in your abilities. Great product!

This thing is solid. I trust it will serve me and my family for years to come. Assembly was pretty straight forward. It’s a lot easier with an extra set of hands. I'm happy with my purchase and look forward to building it out in the future.
