The Monster Cave combines a Rogue Fold Back Monster Rack with TWO independent cable-pulley systems and loads of available storage capacity. It enables athletes to do cable crossover movements from both high and low positions, performing triceps pushdowns and curls, lat pulldowns, low pulls, etc., alongside barbell movements like the squat, press, and bench press. The system’s compatibility with dozens of Monster add-ons and accessories offers almost limitless customization options.

Along with custom attachments, customers can also customize The Monster Cave to their gym’s available space. The Fold Back Rack in the middle of the rig is available as a full power rack with 4 uprights (in a 24” or 30” depth) with included strap safeties or as a standard 2-upright fold-flat in a 21.5” or 41.5” depth. The height of the unit can also be selected at either 90” or 100”. Because of the unique retractable design of the power rack, additional space can also be instantly created by folding the unit’s uprights inward using the convenient hinge-and-pin system.

Using the dropdown features menu in the purchase area, customers can choose whether to book-end their Fold Back Rack with (2) Monster Slingers, (2) CT-1 Cable Towers, or a combo of (1) CT-1 and (1) LP-2 Lat Pulldown / Low Row. All of these systems are Made in the USA using 3x3” 11-gauge steel with a ¼” Mil Spec cable, 6” machined pulleys, and either 250 LB (CT-1) or 300 LB weight stacks in 10 LB increments. Weight stack shrouds are included standard with all variations.

Each Monster Cave rig is built in the USA using heavy-duty 3x3" 11 gauge steel uprights with laser-cut holes (spaced 2” on center), 1” Black Zinc Monster hardware, Monster J-cups, and an MG Black finish. A laser-cut Rogue nameplate crossmember is included standard, as is a Quick-Attach Pull-Up Bar. UHMW plastic caps are provided to help protect your flooring.

Optional Rack Storage Panels (available at additional cost) can be mounted on either side of the unit, available in a 30” and 43” length. These 11-gauge steel panels offer compatibility with a wide range of Monster storage attachments, creating multiple means of storing plates, bars, collars, bands, chains, etc, within easy reach. With the addition of our new offset brackets, a 24” Rack Storage Panel can be mounted front-to-back on the outside of a Slinger panel, as well, allowing for additional storage options. (These are not compatible with the CT-1 or LP-2 options). Single post shelves with or without kettlebell trays are available for the 30” or 43” panel width, and plate storage shelves with stainless steel dividers are available for the 43” width.
