Stroops Body Weight Gym with Slastix™

The Body Weight Gym from Stroops is a go-anywhere suspension training system customizable for athletes of any size, skill level, and discipline. The quality American-made kit features a pair of 1.5” wide nylon connecting straps with removable 150LB Slastix (elastic sleeve) resistance bands and 1.375” diameter handles / footholds. The 90” long straps are easily adjustable and can be attached quickly and securely to a rack crossmember or comparable anchor point.

It’s the sheathed Slastix bands that really separate the Stroops Body Weight Gym from other portable suspension training systems, as athletes are challenged to hone their muscle stability by training functional movements in a uniquely unstable environment. Just the same, when you want to revert to a more stable environment, the Slastix can be easily removed, as well.

With this “best of both worlds” versatility, plus the durability of Slastix bands and portability of the full kit, the Body Weight Gym can make a great, all-in-one station for a wide variety of suspension training movements, including: Pikes, Split Squats, Single Arm Rows, Tricep Extensions, Push-ups, Supine Pull-ups, and more.

Setting Up the Body Weight Gym:

• Loop strap up and over a secure, tall anchor point
• Feed strap through built-in loop and pull on strap to secure into place
• Attach Slastix by feeding strap up and under the Slastix buckle
• Pull down on Slastix to ensure it’s securely attached and won’t slip off
• Attach handle in same manner as the Slastix, going up and under the buckle
• Repeat process with second strap, setting at desired width from first, and at level height
