The Rogue RML-590C is a more compact cousin of our Monster Lite 690C Power Rack. The six-post design features the same 24” back section for ample plate storage capacity, but reduces the front section from a depth of 43” down to 30”, trimming the overall footprint of the unit while still enabling plenty of room for major lifts inside the rack. In appreciation of this combo, U.S. Navy Veteran and avid home gym enthusiast Nick Gills has dubbed the RML-590C the “Goldilocks” of Squat Racks: not too deep, not too short.

RML-590C Power Rack
The Rogue RML-590C is a more compact cousin of our Monster Lite 690C Power Rack. The six-post design features the same 24” back section for ample plate storage capacity, but reduces the front section from a depth of 43” down to 30”, trimming the overall footprint of the unit while still enabling plenty of room for major lifts inside the rack. In appreciation of this combo, U.S. Navy Veteran and avid home gym enthusiast Nick Gills has dubbed the RML-590C the “Goldilocks” of Squat Racks: not too deep, not too short.
Each unit is manufactured in Columbus, Ohio, and comes standard with (6) 90” uprights w/ laser-cut numbering, 5/8” bolts and fasteners, (2) Monster Lite J-Cups, (2) pin/pipe safeties, (4) band pegs, and (8) plate storage posts for the back section of the unit. The laser-cut holes on each upright are spaced in the Westside pattern: 1” through bench and clean pull zone, 2” spacing above and below.
The RML-590C also features Slinger-compatible crossmembers, a 43” Single Skinny Pull-Up Bar, and a stabilizing Rogue nameplate crossmember between the middle uprights. A custom color finish* can be selected from any of the swatches featured in the purchase area.
Once set up, gym owners can further customize their rack by selecting any number of compatible Monster Lite attachments and add-ons, each sold separately. Popular additions include the Monster Lite Matador, Safety Spotter Arms, Slinger, and Long Plate Storage.
*The satin clear finish is a transparent finish. This will show any blemishes or marks from the manufacturing process that are present in the steel.

The Goldilocks of Squat Racks
As dubbed by US Navy vet and home gym enthusiast Nick Gills, the 590C is the “Goldilocks” of racks; finding a “just right” balance of storage and space efficiency. The design is adapted from Rogue’s 690C Rack, and simply swaps out the original 43” front section with a 30” alternative. For small garage gyms and larger facilities, alike, this can offer valuable additional space while still providing enough room for major lifts inside the rack. The 590C also maintains the same 24” back section and (8) weight posts of the 690C for loads of storage capacity.
Exclusive Custom Color Finish Options
Customers can order the RML-590C Rack in a wide range of custom, semi-gloss color finishes, available to select from the purchase area. Make a personal statement or tie in your power rack with a team, school, or company’s colors. Please note that, regardless of your rack color choice, all included hardware, pin/pipe safeties, and storage pegs will remain black, as with the crossmember and Rogue logo on the nameplate. Additionally, the Satin Clear rack finish is a transparent finish, meaning it may show blemishes or marks from the manufacturing process that are present in the steel.
Quality Rogue Construction + Mega Storage
The RML-590C uses heavy-duty 3x3" 11-gauge square laser-cut steel uprights with laser-cut numbering and 5/8" diameter SAE grade 5 bolt hardware. While smaller in footprint than the 690C (67x53” vs 80x53”), this unit still ensures rock solid stability and tremendous storage potential, with 8 plate posts included.
Please Note: The RML-590C does not need to be bolted to the floor, but it's still recommended for maximum stability (floor mounting hardware not included). A concrete anchor kit is also available to add to your order in the options menu.
