Additionally, each unit can be fully customized thanks to a wide array of exclusive accessories and attachments.
Difference Between Rigs and Racks
Rigs are versatile structures designed for functional fitness training, incorporating various attachments and stations for a wide range of exercises. Primarily designed to provide ample room for pull-ups, we use a design that incorporates stations to rack a barbell, offering even more versatility. Rigs offer unparalleled customization options‒from the types of pull-up bars, length of rig, and number of squat stations to name a few, making them ideal for functional fitness and CrossFit.
Racks, on the other hand, provide a stable and secure platform used primarily for traditional weightlifting exercises like squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. Equipped with a safety option, racks offer added protection during heavy lifts, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.
Consider your fitness goals, space constraints, and budget when choosing between rigs and racks to find the perfect solution for your needs.
