Does what they need to do. My only real complaint is the “rigging options that come with it are the most versatile, hard to get both “eyes” of the sling onto the carabiner for a basket hitch, and a “choke” isn’t always practical because of the length.

I’m trying to improve my grip strength and these pinch blocks will definitely help. Years ago I watched in awe as an old time weightlifter casually pinched two 25lb. plates together and held them for over a minute. Of course they don’t make plates the way they used to, but these pinch blocks are the closest things to the old pinch plate exercise. I may never reach that feat but I’m going to try. You can use these pinch blocks as described by Rogue or you can use a strap to attach to the pinch block and add plates. You can also use the Rogue Straps that come with the pinch blocks and wrap them around a dumbbell. I’m so glad I picked them up.

We purchased all three sizes to incorporate grip training for our clients routines and these have been a great addition to our fitness center! We use these with the Loading Pin for Pinch Block Deadlifts, Pull-Ups, and with our cable machine for Pulldowns/Rows. The coating is the typical Rogue powder coat and must use chalk once you get to heavier weights. Great construction and will last a lifetime thanks again for a solid product Rogue!
