The RAD Roller can be popped into the RAD Block vertically or horizontally, depending on your goals, and the block itself features a rubberized exterior that won’t damage your flooring or your skin during use. When you’re done training, your RAD accessories can also be stored within the RAD Block by sliding them into the storage holes in the side of the unit. It’s the ultimate portable, all-in-one mobility kit.
