The RML-3FULLW is our most space-efficient and uncompromising Fold Back Power Rack to date. Equipped with (4) 90” Monster Lite uprights in your choice of multiple different custom color finishes, this full wall-mounted unit has a 30” inside depth with a set of 30” Strap Safeties included standard with all orders. Our new hinge + mini crossmember design also now allows the rack’s moveable panels to be folded flush over top of each other,* saving more wall space for other storage, mountable accessories, etc.
Because the RML-3FULLW is manufactured in the USA and utilizes a full set of (4) 3x3” 11-gauge steel uprights with protective UHMW feet, the training experience—whether as a squat stand, pull-up station, or power rack—is miles beyond that of lighter retractable units made from thinner steel. Each rack comes standard with a convenient Quick-Attach Pull-Up Bar (which can be easily pinned in place using the provided hitchpins), a set of Monster Lite J-Cups, and all required hardware for set-up.
*When both panels are folded inward, the unit will extend just 6.5” off the mounting surface (7.25” when used with the optional stringer pair). That reduces to less than 5” when the panels are folded outward against the wall.
Note: The Satin Clear finish is a transparent finish, meaning any blemishes or marks from the manufacturing process will still be visible in the steel
Optional Stringers
For optimal support, Rogue recommends adding a pair of stringers to your Fold Back Rack order via the menu on this page. Our custom-compatible stringers are made from laser-cut and formed 11-gauge steel and finished in our texture black powder coat. They measure 59" long x 10-1/8" tall, and extend 13/16" off the mounting surface when installed. One stringer is used to mount the top hinge brackets and the other for the bottom hinge brackets. Note: The hinge pivot bolts have a bright zinc finish but all other bolts on the unit are black zinc
Please Note: All uprights include laser-cut numbering except for units selected with a Black Texture finish (these are non-numbered and available at a lower price point). Across all colorways, the included hinge pivot bolts have a bright zinc finish, while all other bolts are black zinc.

KEY FEATURES OF THE RML-3FULLW
Improved Space Efficiency
As with our previous wall-mounted Fold Back Racks, a set of detent pins are provided to conveniently lock the rack into either the open position (ready for use) or closed position (against the wall). A new and improved hinge and mini-crossmember design, however, now makes it possible to fold the two panels completely over top of one another, leaving more available wall space for other accessories and/or storage capacity. When folded inward, the rack extends just 6.5" off the mounting surface (7.25" when used with the optional stringer pair), meaning you can have a world-class, full-size power rack in your garage without having to park your car on the street at night. Size + Safety
Unlike most wall-mounted units, this is a full power rack equipped with (4) 90” Monster Lite uprights. The inside depth is 30”, and a set of Monster Lite 30" Strap Safeties are included with each unit. The Strap Safeties, which weren’t compatible with our previous Fold Back Racks, offer huge benefits for the user, as he/she can now bench inside the rack with the assurance of added safety and protection on failed lifts. All uprights also include laser-cut numbering except for units selected with a Black Texture finish (these are non-numbered and available at a lower price point).
Heavy Gauge American Steel & Hardware
The RML-3FULLW is manufactured in the USA, using heavy-duty 11 gauge 3x3" square laser cut steel uprights with 5/8" diameter SAE grade 5 bolt hardware. Laser-cut holes (Westside pattern) and a quality powdercoat finish add to the long-term durability of the unit. This RML-3FULLW is compatible with our exclusive Monster Lite accessories and add-ons. Start with the Fold-Back as your base, and build your arsenal over time. This unit is guaranteed by Rogue for Life.
Choice of Color
Customers can order the RML-3FULLW Fold Back Power Rack in a wide range of custom color finishes, available to choose from the order menu. Make a personal statement or tie in your power rack with a high school, college, or pro team’s colors.
Please Note: The crossmembers, hinges, and pull-up bar on all units will retain a Rogue Signature texture black powder coat finish, no matter which upright color is selected. Laser-cut numbering is also included with all upright colorways except the Texture Black option, which is unnumbered and available at a lower price point.
Easy Installation + Optional Stringers
Each unit comes standard with a Quick-Attach Pull-Up Bar, (4) mounting brackets for installation + all necessary hardware, a set of Monster Lite J-cups, and (4) detent pins. Having holes 2” on center allows for some choices in mounting the swing arms, which can be important if you need foundation clearance. We’re also offering an optional pair of 11-gauge steel stringers (at additional cost), which are recommended for maximum stability. These stringers feature pre-cut slots, allowing users to mount them to a standard wood stud wall (4 studs required for installation). All required hardware (16-3/8" x 2-1/2" black wood lags and washers) is included with the stringers, but any customers attempting to mount to a wall construction other than wood stud will be responsible for acquiring the correct hardware.
