This is the fully updated, freestanding version of Rogue’s Monster Lat Pulldown and Low Row machine (a rack-mounted version is also available). Occupying just a 40" x 60" footprint, the 8' tall unit ships fully assembled, and includes a 300LB weight stack (10LB increments), stainless steel lat bar, diamond-tread adjustable footplate, 6" nylon pulleys, and a set of custom-built black carabiners—one each for the lat pulldown and the low row.

This is the fully updated, freestanding version of Rogue’s Monster Lat Pulldown and Low Row machine (a rack-mounted version is also available). Key Updates with This Version:
Our latest Monster Lat Pulldown introduces larger 6" pulleys (vs. the original 3.5"), which help reduce friction and prolong the life of the cable. We’ve also upgraded the cable itself (USA Mil Spec) and added protective UHMW plastic to the tubes and pulley assemblies that the cable passes through. The eye (where the cable connects and carabiner clips on) is now machined in house from stainless steel, and all orders include a long term lubricant for the guide rods, allowing the weight plates to slide more smoothly.
*The bottom of the rollers are 4" above the seat pad at their lowest position and 9" above the seat pad (26.5" above the floor) at the highest setting. The total width of the roller assembly is 24", and each roller is 8.5" long and 5" in diameter. A pop pin is included for locking the rollers securely into place.
Shipping Notice: This product ships on an oversized skid that is not able to be delivered using a traditional liftgate. If you do not have a freight loading dock, additional measures may be necessary in order to deliver this unit.

2-in-1 Versatility
One station, two dynamic upper body workouts. The Monster Lat Pulldown enables users to instantly shift from seated lat pulldowns and triceps pushdowns to a low row, simply by switching their body position. This makes it an efficient machine for a garage gym or for multiple athletes moving through their regimens in a larger training facility.
Stainless Steel Lat Bar
We not only include a stainless steel lat pulldown bar standard with the machine, we designed and built it ourselves—cut, fully knurled, and bent by our manufacturing team in Columbus. Almost all other lat bars in the industry are made overseas, and the ones made in America are rarely stainless steel. Measurements: 48” in length and 1.125” in diameter.
Newly Updated Pulleys and Cables
Rogue’s expanded 6" nylon pulleys deliver consistent, smooth movement and are up to the task of repeated, high-intensity use. The floating pulley assembly has also been upgraded with lightweight UHMW covers that help eliminate any edges that could damage the cable. The 0.25" cable itself is extruded in Connecticut and independently tested and certified to ensure the highest quality. It's made to the same military specifications as aircraft cable and jacketed in nylon for superior flexibility and durability.
Quality Rogue Manufacturing
This is NOT the sort of lat pulldown machine you’ll find in a sporting goods store. Manufactured from 3x3” 11-gauge steel, our machine is heavy-duty but also carefully refined from our own original designs, with precision-machining and in-house testing by experienced, high-performance athletes. The machine’s eye (where the cable connects and carabiner clips on) is now machined in house from stainless steel, and the combination of a primary Satin Black finish and a special Rogue Red finish (on the footplate) create a bold contrast and great look.
