Fat Gripz One

Measuring 1.75” in outside diameter, the Fat Gripz One Series is a quarter-inch thinner than the standard Fat Gripz model, making them a great option for athletes with smaller hands or those still developing their grip strength.

These durable but lightweight grip attachments are made from a military-grade compound similar to heavy duty rubber, and their beveled ends ensure a secure fit on most types of bars (including curl bars), creating the same types of benefits as a thick axle bar. Fat Gripz One can also be used with dumbbells, cable attachments, exercise machine handles, and resistance bands to increase the diameter of the grip and ramp up the activation of the biceps and forearms during each workout.

Once attached, Fat Gripz One hold to the bar firmly like a clamp, and won't compress – even if you're deadlifting extreme loads.
