Product Description
The Super Training Bicep Board from Mark Bell Sling Shot is a unique accessory, used in conjunction with a standard dumbbell (not included), that enables the athlete to more effectively isolate their biceps while curling. The board itself measures 22” long x 9.5” wide, and features a solid ABS construction with a 1.5” insertion slot for the dumbbell handle + an embedded safety latch.
In action, the board helps the user position their hands and wrists in a way that de-emphasizes the involvement of the forearm muscles and places very direct and continuous tension on the biceps throughout the exercise. The dumbbell is raised by pressing upwards with the palms, which forces consistent supination, while keeping the flat side of the dumbbell parallel to the ground.
