Phenomenal
I've been using the Y 1 yolk for approximate time of 7 months and I absolutely love it. We've had up to 800lbs on just the side posts for a walk and it has held up extremely well. I use it for atlas stone loads, yolk walk, bench and it has been very impressive across the board. My only gripe with it is that Rogue has sticker branding on the side which has got torn up in about a month of use. If you read this Rogue please laser cut your name on the 2.0 version of the yolks whenever you make them. Ps: I had the same issue on my monster lite 690 rack.

It does it all!
One of the best buy's I've made for my garage gym. As described it does it all! Great piece of equipment. I'm 5'11" and have no issues using it as a squat stand. The crossmember ends are fully sleeved over the uprights. When the crossmember is extended all the way to the top and I barely fit under with all 4 pins-in. So If I need some extra height I raise it up an extra hole (upright recessed 1-2" inside the crossmember) and it still works great, no lateral wobble! This thing is as stout as can be! Very clean construction, welds are immaculate, and it takes a beating. Only comment is the finish, the powder coat on the uprights will scratch after a while with adjustment. Would be cool if it was lined with a plastic insert to protect the finish. I plan on buying a second for the garage gym.

Perfect for Garage Gym
This thing rocks. So much functionality in a small space, it makes it an easy decision for a garage dweller to do work. Space saving, kid-approved, and it looks cool. Very happy with mine. I've used it for: - pull-ups - sled push - squat rack - atlas stone loading - zercher carries ... good stuff!

It's everything I needed
You can walk with it. You can do squats on it (or under it). You can do rack pulls with it. You can muscle a stone over it (watch the paint). You can do overhead presses with it. You can attach a matador to it and do dips (counter-weight one side).

Good Addition to Your Fitness Regimen
I have a well-equipped home gym and bought a yoke for even more variety. I use it about once a week and enjoy the challenge it brings. I think it has improved both my core and endurance. Well made. Excellent value because you can use it as a squat rack, too. I appreciate getting j-hooks and plate holders with the unit. It is bulky and best used in a very large indoor space our outdoors. I use mine outdoors and cover it with a tarp. If you’re interested in strongman stuff or just want that occasional odd object challenge, I would highly recommend this.
